SavingStar : Get cash back using eCoupons that are linked directly to your rewards cards!
This is an awesome new program that enables you to use what they call "eCoupons" in order to get cash back from your purchases. You can receive your cash back reward through your bank, paypal, make a donation, or get a gift card. This is a really awesome program, and what makes it better is the ability to bundle these savings with other coupons and discounts.
I'll give you an example.
You link your Kroger card to your SavingStar account and select the eCoupons you desire, you used your Kroger card to purchase said items before the expiration date. You then receive the amount of savings on your SavingStar account, which you can cash once you reach $5 dollars. For even more savings you use regular coupons, hunt for in-store savings, etc.
This is great! You can even use this program if you have food stamps, which will really help you out.

Reduce Your Cable Bill By Cancelling Cable
Now that we have services such as Hulu Plus and Netflix, with the latter now available in Canada, it is a better time than ever to get rid of cable television. Most shows can be seen streaming online just a day after they air on television, this gives you much more freedom, fans no longer have to schedule their time around their favourite shows!
It is also a great way to save money, Hulu Plus is 9.99 + Tax, and Netflix is only 7.99 + Tax if you choose streaming only, and both services have options to stream through set top boxes, gaming consoles, bluray players, etc. Combined that is a better deal than you will get for Cable, even if you are still paying the "promo price".
So do yourself a favour, lose some weight from your belly and gain some in your wallet, check out the following entertainment options.
For Canadians, as an expatriate, I realize you do not have access to hulu, but check out the website for the networks and channels you watch, most of them have many popular shows streaming
1. Netflix
2. Hulu Plus
3. Snagfilms
4. VBS
5. Funny or Die
God willing, I will update you all with more streaming sites, as well as more ways to save your hard earned cash.

Proof of Payment: IOCS
I have just received my payment from survey site IOCS, or the Institute for Online Consumer Studies. They offer paid surveys through email, and when you complete a survey they payout directly to your paypal account. It took 1 day for me to receive my payment.
They do not have a great website, but they do pay, and that's what counts here.

Springboard America
A few weeks ago I posted about a survey site called Angus Reid Forum, Springboard America is the U.S. equivalent, and it is run by the same company. Just like Angus Reid Forum at Springboard America you complete surveys for $1-$5 with the option to cash out for a check or charitable donation once you reach an amount of $50.
Since I am now living in the U.S. I was able to register for both Springboard America and Angus Reid Forum.

Make Some Extra Cash from Your iPhone with Gigwalk
Melanie Pinola — Make Some Extra Cash from Your iPhone with GigwalkiPhone: Earn a second paycheck by going out and about and completing simple gigs with your iPhone. Tasks like verifying map information and taking photos (in major US metro areas) can net you from $3 to $90 per task.
Companies like Motorola and TomTom need people on the street to help verify information and do some consumer research. If you have some extra time, becoming a Gigwalker and doing these gigs can earn you some extra cash or even become a regular part-time freelance job.
All Things Digital reports that one of the highest Gigwalk earners made more than $2000 ($400 a week on average) doing more than 270 tasks since March. To get to that point, you'll need to earn "streetcred" — points awarded for quality work that may give you access to the higher paying jobs.
Gigs include verifying roads and signs, mapping a location, taking local business photos or gathering local pricing information, doing some secret shopping, and more. For Gigwalk clients, this local/mobile information is very valuable but could be costly for companies to do themselves.
